I'm Alexandre. I'm 43 years old and since I was 21, I realized that I wanted to be an independent professional. I've been involved in the arts, education and health for over 15 years.

It was through the arts of movement that I entered the healing and educational arts. I like and defend this word: art. Because that's how I conceive my projects and relationships.

During my degree in dance, I came into contact with the theory and field of Somatics (such as Bartenieff, BMC, Eutonia, Feldenkrais) applied to the study of the body and movement, showing that art and education sewed together the health of the person and the group relationship. And I fell in love!

Contact improvisation, self-taught studies and research in body manipulation and mobilization, and other extension and training courses, such as TAO, Formative Psychology, Psychoanalysis, Philosophy and Sociology, helped me build my own path. In this way, I developed body practices, therapeutic techniques and somatic-social dynamics that I have been offering for the last 10 years in the form of therapeutic sessions, classes, courses, workshops and group facilitation programs, benefiting individuals, community groups and business organizations.
